Technology Development Background

BLOCKTHERM™ is based on hollow ceramic technology originally developed to protect spacecraft hulls from extreme heat exceeding 1,650°C.
By leveraging the core principles of hollow ceramic insulation paint, we have independently developed an optimized mixing ratio, microsphere particle size distribution, and a water-based polymer-silicone composite binder system tailored to domestic climate and construction environments, drastically improving both performance and durability.
Our proprietary multi-modal particle size blending technology increases the packing density of microspheres within the coating by up to 18% compared to conventional methods, enabling higher insulation performance at the same coating thickness.
